Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a central blowing device for melt filament cooling in the chemical fibre production. A basic truss is formed by that a rigid cylindrical or conical perforated pipe is used as an inner pipe which is connected with a base plate and a top plate. Besides, the inner pipe, no pipe is arranged or one to three cylindrical perforated pipes are arranged as middle pipe layers, and an outer pipe is arranged on the extreme layer. A middle pipe is a rigid perforated pipe, or a steel wire mesh pipe, or a composite pipe which is formed by that a perforated pipe is appressed on a steel wire mesh pipe. The outer pipe also adopts a composite pipe formed in the way. The middle pipe and the outer pipe are fixed on the basic truss by a cover plate, spired screw studs and locking nuts, and therefore, a multiple blowing pipe which is composed of the inner pipe, the outer pipe and the middle pipe is formed. As the cone angle of the inner pipe is changed, or the diameter or aperture ratio of the inner pipe, the outer pipe and the middle pipe is changed, or the numerical order, or the mesh number of the filtration mesh of the steel wire mesh pipe is changed, a blowing speed and a corresponding curve form of the blowing speed can be evidently changed. The utility model has the advantages of little resistance when cooling air passes through, low air pressure demand, energy saving, homogeneous blowing, stability, convenient assembly and disassembly and convenient cleaning.
