The utility model comprises a keyboard K, a plurality of temperature detecting circuits and a plurality of control circuits, and additionally provides a phone circuit, a note magnification circuit, a microcomputer communication circuit, a simulating off-hook circuit and a ringing detecting circuit. The keyboard K is correspondingly connected with the I/O port of a monolithic processor. Wherein, the T0 port of the monolithic processor is connected with the rectified telephone signal through the simulating off-hook circuit. The T#-(1) port of the monolithic processor is correspondingly connected with the phone circuit through the ringing detecting circuit. The P#-(0) port of the monolithic processor is correspondingly connected with the input end of the phone circuit. The output end of the phone circuit is connected with the phone circuit through the note magnification circuit and the transformer coupling. The serial input port RXD and the serial output port TXD are connected with the PC machine through the serial connectors. The intelligent controller detects the temperature of each room through the temperature detecting circuits.
