The utility model includes a cutting frame and a crank connection rod mechanism arranged on one side of the cutting frame, wherein, a drive end of the crank connection rod mechanism is connected with a drive device, and the output end of the crank connection rod mechanism is connected with a swinging rod. The other end of the swinging rod is connected with a cutting wire swinging rack below the cutting frame. The utility model has the differences that the device is provided with at least two cutting wire swinging racks. Through the swinging rod, each cutting wire swinging rack is correspondingly connected with a crank connection rod which has a phase angle of 180 degrees with the crank connection rod.
