Disclosed is a continuous winding type rubbish bag, comprising a winding shaft and continuous winded bags. The continuous winded bags are winded on the winding shaft; the winding shaft can be adopted with the hollow cylinder in the prior art; the continuous winded bags comprise at least two independent bags; the independent bags are adopted with the vest-like plastic bags in the prior art; the vest-like plastic bag in the prior art comprises a rectangular bag body whose upper part is opened and a handle arranged on the two sides of the opened part of the upper part of the bag body; the independent bag is folded along the vertical central line of the middle part of the independent bag; the overlapped parts of the bottoms of the folded independent bags are pasted to be fixed; the thermal sealing technique can be adopted in the pasting and fixing method; the handles are overlapped of the folded independent bags; the upper end of each independent bag is connected with the bottom of the adjacent independent bag; the connected position is provided with a tearing line which comprises cuts; each of the cuts is arranged at interval distance of the connected parts among the independent bags to form a spaced score break in one direction.
