A fully-covered vehicle stop lever lock mainly comprises a front cover body, a rear cover body, a lockset, two embedded components and a lock-joint pressure plate, wherein, a pin-joint groove is arranged on the upper side of an opening end of the front cover body, while a semicircular clip slot is arranged on the lower side of the opening end and a containing part is arranged on the lower section of the inner edge surface of the opening end; the rear cover body is matched with the front cover body in shape; a hollow pin-joint column is arranged on the upper side of an opening end of the rear cover body, while a semicircular clip slot is arranged on the lower side of the opening end. Both sides of the lower section of the opening end of the rear cover body are respectively provided with a buckling pin with a positioning embedded hole; the lockset is composed of a lock core shield in which a lock core is nested; a dialing part is arranged on the tail end of the lock core; the embedded component is a column with a semi-arc embedded part on both sides; the lock-joint pressure plate is shaped as a Chinese character , with a fixed hole on both sides; a pressure bump and a dodging slot are arranged on the middle section of one side of the lock-joint pressure plate, while both sides of the narrower section are provided with a position limited flange. The front and the rear cover bodies are enwrapped on a handle of the vehicle stop lever so as to lock up the stop lever.
