Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to an adsorption fixing seat, consisting of a sucker, a roof board, a turn button and a rack body, wherein the outer end of the sucker is threaded out of the roof board by a screw rod; the turn button is helically locked at the tail end of the screw rod, and a mechanical spring is supported between the roof board and the tail end of the screw rod. Then, the suit position of the rack body is held between the inner extremity of the mechanical spring and the roof board. The suit position of the rack body is provided with a type plug-in part towards one side of the roof board. The roof board is provided with a mould jacket groove corresponding to the dimension of the type plug-in part. Thus, the rack body can obtain reliable orientation without deflection by the matching of the type plug-in part and the mould jacket groove.
