The device adds a steel wire rotation gear with lever-type flexible shaft which is synchronous with a crank on the prior locating device of a compression rod and a handle, in order to match with a ratchet wheel mechanism which is arranged on the compression wheel. Thus, the diesel engine can realize the safe ignition automatically as the rotary of the crank.
