The utility model arranges an electrostatic field generator in a paper feed roller and comprises a power source provided with an anode and a cathode and at least two lead pairs alternately covering surface of the feed roller and respectively electrically connected with the anode and the cathode of the power source to generate electrostatics on the feed roller surface and absorb paper, thus fulfilling flat feeding, effectively removing corrugations or cog marks of traditional roller pressing and epicyclical gear feeding, greatly reducing cost and improving printing quality.
