Zusammenfassung: | An eight-hanging point anode lifting mechanism for electrolytic tank is used for cooperating with electrolytic tank for electrolytic aluminum production, which comprises eight rectangle symmetrically distributed spiral jacks each having anode hanging point below, a motor connected with a double-shaft output reductor arranged at symmetric center of the eight anode hanging points, and a single motor-driven eight-hanging point synchronous transmission lifting mechanism formed by two output shafts of the double-shaft output reductor by connecting each spiral jack of corresponding side via a change gear box and a transmission shaft. The utility model can ensure transmission of each anode hanging point completely synchronous, to eliminate height difference among anodes, so as to ensure electrolysis quality, and has the advantage of compact structure, convenient installation, and uniform transmission power for each spiral jack. |
