Zusammenfassung: | The utility model which relates to a surface adhesion device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode and a current sensing element, and the current sensing element is formed by conductive materials with a positive temperature coefficient; the current sensing element is a curved surface shaped three-dimensional structure; the metal conductive materials are chosen form the following metals: copper, gold, nickel, aluminum and aluminum alloy; the conductive materials with a positive temperature coefficient comprises :a polymer with crystalline and a conductive filler which is evenly distributed in the polymer; the clearances of the current sensing element are filled with insulation materials. Because the shape, length and height of the current sensing element can be changed according to the needs of the space of the circuit board and the resistance value, of which can use the space of the circuit board effectively, and the area of the conductive materials can be larger than that of the present surface adhesion device, therefore, the normal state resistance value can be smaller, of which can increase the withstand voltage. |
