Zusammenfassung: | The utility model provides a high subcooling multi-effect heat exchanger, consisting of a tube box, a tube bundle and a shell, wherein the tube box is provided with an inlet and an outlet for the water to be heated, with the inlet in the upper part and the outlet in the lower part; the condensate section on the tube bundle is provided with a closed metal cladding with condensate inlet and outlet; the shell is provided with a heating steam inlet near the outlet for the water to be heated and a hydrophobic outlet near the inlet for the water to be heated. The liner tube in the hydrophobic outlet tube as well as the hydrophobic outlet tube and the condensate metal cladding on the tube bundle are welded. The utility model has the advantages of compact structure, high temperature of the outlet for the water to be heated, low hydrophobic temperature, energy saving, sound heat exchange effect, small space occupation, low manufacturing cost and easy maintenance and thus is an ideal high subcooling multi-effect heat exchanger.
