Zusammenfassung:The utility model relates to a reading-rack for old people, having a bracket and a base stand; wherein the bracket is formed by connecting a rail and an erect bar; the base stand is connected to the bracket; a slide way is positioned on the bracket, which assorts the sliding block; the sliding block can move to the left and the right, the front of which is connected with an erect screw; and the screw is connected with a magnifying glass which is connected to a glass bracket through a rotating shaft. The rear of the sliding block symmetry to the magnifying glass has a balance weight. The bracket is also has laid two rotating shafts; the driving rotating shaft is connected with a hand wheel at one end, the center of which is sleeved with a rubber wheel. When sue the reading rack, the inconvenience that the old people hold a magnifying glass is removed, thus extending the reading time and increasing reading speed, so as to rich the cultural life of the old people. When an old people with good sight, the magnifying glass is first turned to and the presbyopic glasses are not required; and when an old people with poor sight, the magnifying glass and presbyopic glasses make the characters more clear. In order to fulfill the different requirements of sitting posture when read, the utility model is designed to a table type and a moveable type, thus not only suiting the old people who get used for standing to read, but also suit to the old people or patients who tend to sit on a sofa and read.
