Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a closed swarf-removing magnetic mechanical seal which is composed of an O-shaped ring 1, a moving ring 2, a moving ring seat 3, a stationary ring 4, a stationary ring seat 5 and a magnet 6. Wherein, the moving ring 2 and the stationary ring 4 are respectively inlaid on the moving ring seat 3 and the stationary ring seat 5; the stationary ring seat 5 is in stationary fit with a bearing cover 8 to form stationary seal in a shaft 7 and the bearing cover 8; the inner hole of the moving ring seat 3 is in O-shaped ring seal with the shaft 7 and the moving ring seat 3 and the moving ring 2 are driven by the friction force of the O-shaped ring. A circular magnet or a plurality of columnar magnets 6 are positioned in the cavity formed between the moving ring seat 3 and the stationary ring seat 5 which are attached together by the magnet(s) 6; the moving ring 2 and the stationary ring 4 with a small friction coefficient closely cling to each other under the action of the magnet to form moving seal. The moving ring seat 3 and the stationary ring seat 5 are attached on both ends of the magnet 6 to form a closed magnetic line of force, thereby magnetic loss and the phenomenon that the structure of the magnet inlaid in the moving ring seat is easy to be attached away by other metals are avoided, meanwhile the magnetic attachment area is enlarged by the moving ring seat 3 and the stationary ring seat 5, so that iron particles in oil can be suck out while lubricating oil is ensured to be effectively sealed. |
