Zusammenfassung:	A noise deadening mechanism with a shutter consists of a noise deadening belt fixed on a shutter piece. The utility model is characterized in that the left side and right side of the shutter piece are extended into a shutter side column track part, where a row of perforations are vertically and respectively arranged at intervals, with the shape corresponding to that of the noise deadening belt; the deadening belt passes through each row of the perforations in wave-shape; the head and tail of the noise deadening belt are fixed with the shutter piece; the perforations are arranged on the folding concave position on the shutter piece.
