Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a light emitting diode consisting of an anode pin, a cathode pin and a light emitting diode wafer connected with the anode pin and the cathode pin; an upper end of the cathode pin of the light emitting diode is provided with a groove, in which the light emitting diode wafer is arranged, and an upper end of the light emitting diode is connected with the light emitting diode wafer in the cathode groove via a lead; the utility model is characterized in a cylindrical plastic body which encapsulates the upper ends of the anode pin and the cathode pin as well as the light emitting diode wafer. Top surface of the cylindrical body is convexly provided with a convex arc surface. The cylindrical body has an outer diameter of 8mm and a height of 4m, and the convex arc surface has an arc radius of 5mm, an inlet stAngle of 38 DEG and an int endAngle of 142 DEG. |
