Zusammenfassung: | A motor iron core with a laminating die connection is a modification of the prior motor stator iron core, wherein a plurality of pressed pits (2) are arranged in every steel chip (1) made into iron core (4), lug bosses (3) with the shape matched with the pits (2) are arranged under the pits (2), the pit (2) of every steel chip (1) in the same iron core (4) has a same position and the lug boss (3) under an upper steel chip (1) of the iron core is embedded in the pit (2) of an adjacent next steel chip (1) to form the laminating die connection. The steel chips of the stator iron core of the utility model fold with tidiness, and have low iron loss and low noise when the iron core runs, calorific power can reduce more than 15 percent when the motor runs and the iron core has simple manufacturing technology and low cost. The utility model is applied to the stator iron core of a large linear motor with one-time forming the longest size reaching 2.4 meters, thus greatly improving stator iron core quality of the large linear motor. |
