The number of the polymer current sensing components is at least one. The contact layer is separately arranged between the polymer current sensing component and the ceramic current sensing component. And the polymer current sensing component and the ceramic current sensing component form a series connection structure. The upper electrode sheet is arranged at the upper surface of the series connection structure, and the lower electrode sheet is arranged at the lower surface of the series connection structure.
