Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a rotating device of the optical drive cover and comprises an outer cover and a base seat. The outer cover is connected with the outer cylinder of a spring seat, the open end of which is inserted by the inner cylinder of the spring seat, the inner end of which is the open end inserted by a spring, the two ends of which are located in the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder of the spring seat respectively. The base seat is provided with a side fixing base and a pair of upper fixing base and lower fixing base, and wherein, the side fixing base is provided with a groove which is inserted by and pivotally connected with the closed end of the outer cylinder of the spring seat which forms a plug shaped part embedded in the upper plug grove and the lower plug groove of the upper fixing base and the lower fixing base which are combined and fixed. The outer cylinder of the spring seat is filled with damping oil, making the outer cover open slowly.
