Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a replaceable multi-axial tapping machine which has a guiding structure with the same pitch. A plurality of gear convex shafts with the same direction and rotational speed are convexly extended from the surface of a gear case. The gear convex shafts can be used according to the number and position of the machining perforation of an upper fixture. Between the gear case and the fixture, a tapping head at the upper end of a guide-tapping coupling shaft perforates through the machining perforation of the fixture; a screw sleeve of the guide-tapping coupling shaft is fixed on the fixture; then a telescopic transmission of the telescopic shaft of the guide-tapping coupling shaft and the tapping guide rod is functioned to the guide tapping which has the same pitch, thereby offering a convenient selection by the same output mode; meanwhile a plurality of screw holes with different hole diameters and pitches can be tapped. Based on the characteristics of multi-directional transmission, flexibility and demountable and assemble properties of the guide tapping coupling shaft, and by the separate design of the fixture and the butt joint structure of a positioning hole and a positioning convex column between the fixture and the support frame of a machine station, various tapping with different requirement can be tapped on different work pieces through conveniently replacing different group of fixture with different specifications. |
