Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a cyclone water-film desulfurization dust catcher which comprises a barrel, a mortar tank , and a lime water tank, wherein the mortar tank is communicated with the lime water tank via a filter screen, one side of the lower end of the barrel and the upper end of the barrel are respectively provided with a smoke inlet and an air outlet, an inlet spray pipe and an intermediate spray pipe are respectively arranged at the smoke inlet and in the barrel, and the other side of the lower end of the barrel is provided with an inflow pipe orifice and an outflow pipe orifice. The inlet spray pipe and the intermediate spray pipe are both communicated with a water pump and the lime water tank through conduits, and the outflow pipe orifice is communicated with the mortar tank via a conduit. A flush pipe connected with a tap water pipe is arranged in the mortar tank, a two-stage circumferential nozzle is positioned on the intermediate spray pipe, each stage of the circumferential nozzle is formed by manufacturing two transverse through-grooves on two lateral pipe walls which locate on two sides of a longitudinal center line of the intermediate spray pipe. The dust catcher is easy to install, low in cost, and can be widely used for the desulfurization and dust removal of smoke gas which is discharged by coal-burning boilers and kiln furnaces.
