Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a magnetic metal belt transmission device which belongs to mechanical transmission device. The problem of the prior technology is that the present belt transmission all utilizes the initial tension to generate some friction between the belt wheel and the transmission belt as the traction force to pass the motion and the driving power; however the bearing capacity is low, the transmission ratio is small, the motion precision is some low, and the service life is short. The utility model main comprises an active and a driven magnetic belt wheels, a ring metal belt, an excitation winding and an electric control device. The wheel flange of the active and the driven magnetic belt wheels is composed of magnetizer and magnetic insulator which are arranged crossly. The spoke is provided with the excitation winding, and the inner ring of the hub is an insulator. The friction between the magnetic belt wheel and the metal belt is generated by the initial tension and electromagnetic force together, therefore the transmission power can be regulated through regulating the electromagnetic force, and the transmission power, the transmission ratio and the transmission efficiency are all largely enhanced. The utility model can be extensively applied for mechanical transmission and power transport. |
