Zusammenfassung: | The utility model provides a lubricating oil feed pump for a slipper of a slipper type universal spindle of a heavy-duty machine-a nondirectional slow sucking fast feeding type lubricant pump of the spindle. The utility model takes a dead weight of a heavy hammer as a motive force and utilizes a relative motion between the heavy hammer and a pump body to drive a plunger of a grease pump to reciprocate; the two overrunning couplers with an opposite direction of action are arranged on a driving path between the heavy hammer and the plunger and combined in parallel with a respective gear drive path; and the actions of a gearing down and a cam disc on the end face are also utilized; a plurality of plunger-type-pumps are arranged on the circumference of the cam disc. Thus the nondirectional oil feeding at any direction and a accumulative count of the revolution at any direction are realized. The utility model has the advantages of slow sucking and fast feeding; that is the energy is stored slowly (sucking the oil) and released fast (delivering the oil); every oil drain out is connected with a lubricating point of the spindle by a metal pipe directly to guarantee a pressure grease to enter a friction surface smoothly so as to realize the good lubrication of the slipper. The pump can not only be arranged on an axle part of a jaw of a fork end of the spindle, but also be bound outside a shaft body of the spindle for the use. |
