A machine adjusting double-layered fiber bundle fiber consists of a tank, a lower hole plate 2, a fiber bundler 2, an upper hole plate 2, a lower hole plate 1, a fiber bundle 1, an upper hole plate 1, a nut, a shaft sleeve and a screw extruder. The two upper hole plates are jointed by the shaft sleeve; a screw mechanism can make the two upper hole plates move at the same time, so as to change the density of the two sets of fiber bundle; the sparse-up and dense-down multi-layered adjustable fiber density deep filtration can be formed by selecting different parameters of the fiber bundles, so as to meet the requirements for different purifying liquid.
