With help of the sliding and stacked structure, the cross beams and the cable do not easily fall off, with high reliability, convenient installation and application; besides, laying quantity of the cable can be increased with a small land occupancy, and the utility model is particularly applicable to underground projects and zoning and tunnel works during highway engineering where the installation space is quite limited while the cable laying workload is tremendous.
