Zusammenfassung:	The bottom of the frame of the rocker-arm hydraulic cutter machine is provided with a support and an elevating screw rod coordinated with the screw thread on the support. A backing plate is provided below the elevating screw rod, a wheel carrier and wheels supported on the wheel carrier are provided at the bottom of the frame. When the elevating screw rod is rotated to make the frame go down, the wheels are dropped to the land following the frame to replace the backing plate to support the frame, now the whole machine can be moved by pushing the frame. When the backing plate is used to support the frame to lift the frame, the level of the frame can be corrected by adjusting the height of the elevating screw rod to make the whole machine supported steadily.
