Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a starting resistor for a winding motor, which comprises an upper and a lower fixed board, an upper and a lower insulator, a nonmetal resistance body and a combined bolt. The resistance body is arranged in a groove of the upper and the lower insulator, and a star-point connecting line is arranged inside a line-connecting groove of the lower insulator and is connected to the resistance body which is with three line line-connecting ends being extracted from the front of thereof line-connecting end and being connected to a rotor to be a tsunetsugu resistor, and a multi-point location extracting line-connecting end is arranged on the resistance body and is combined with a resection resistor control contact to adjust the speed. The resistor has the advantages of small volume, light weight, convenient installation and maintenance and long service life, and is an ideal starting resistor for the starting and speed-adjusting of a winding motor.
