Zusammenfassung:The utility model discloses a magnetic viscosity reducing device used in oil pipeline, comprising a non-conductive magnetic pipeline 4, a plurality of units of outer magnetic body 3 which are coated on the surface of the pipeline and a conductive magnet shell 2. The center of the pipeline 4 is provided with a magnetic core body. The magnetic core body comprises a magnetic conducting pole 6, an inner magnet body 5 which is arranged on different sections of the core pole 6 and has the same units and a corresponding position with the outer magnet body 3, and an inner shell 8 which coats the inner magnet body 5 and is made of non-conductive magnet material. The outer magnet body 3 and the inner magnet body 5 are respectively sealed by blending epoxy resin glue with glass wool cloth 9 and are respectively coated on the non-conductive magnet pipeline 4and the outer surface of the core pole 6. The core pole 6 is fixed in the middle of the pipeline 4 through two brackets 7. The utility model has the advantages of effectively slowing down the corrosion, aging and fouling of the pipeline, simple structure, and easy for mounting on the crude oil gathering pipeline, thereby stopping heating and adding viscosity reducing agent, saving energy source, reducing the cost and producing no environment pollution.
