A straining box is arranged on a base through a rubber damping spring, and the straining box is dragged by three motors. One high-frequency motor and two low-frequency motors are respectively connected with a high-frequency inertial exciter and a low-frequency inertial exciter by flexible shaft couplings, and the high-frequency inertial exciter and the low-frequency inertial exciter both adopt external eccentric structure. A lateral plate of the straining box is bent by a monoblock steel plate, and each position is spliced by high-intensity screw bolts.
