Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a substrate inserting and picking machine which can automatically pick or insert the substrate arranged in a cartridge box. The utility model comprises a machine platform, a lifting mechanism arranged on the machine platform for placing the cartridge box and for driving the up and down lifting of the cartridge box, a cantilever in a long tabular shape, and a displacement mechanism arranged on the machine platform for the connection of the cantilever and driving back and forth movement of the cantilever. When the cantilever is moved forwards, the cantilever can be extended into the cartridge box, when moved backwards, the cantilever can pick the substrate arranged in the cartridge box. Thus the pollution and damage of the substrate can be effectively avoided by the substrate inserting and picking machine.
