Radiator combination

The utility model relates to a radiator combination, which comprises a circuit board, a chip, and a radiator. A signal circuit, a ground circuit, and four through holes are arranged on the circuit board. The chip is welded on and arranged on the circuit board and is in the center of a zone which is formed by the surrounding of the four through holes. The radiator is stuck on the chip. Metal convex columns are respectively and additionally embedded at positions corresponding to the four through holes of the circuit board on the bottom surface of a base of the chip. The metal convex columns of the radiator are correspondingly inserted in the through holes of the circuit board. Tin paste with good properties are adopted, and the metal convex columns are soldered on and fixed on the through holes through a welding device.
