The utility model relates to a computer casing which is composed of a base and a top cover which can be connected with the base. The base is provided with a bottom board, a pair of side boards and a back board; the top cover is provided with a top board and a pair of side boards which are corresponding to the side boards of the base. In addition, an interlocking device is arranged between the top cover and the base. The interlocking device comprises a side wing which is turned over and folded by the back board of the base, an elastic pin which is extended downwardly, outward and aslant, and a convex block which is embossed on the inner side of one side board of the top cover. The convex block is opposite to the elastic pin. When the top cover are installed on the base, the top cover and the base can be matched with each other and interlocked. The interlocking device also comprises a clamping hook which is matched and interlocked with the side boards of the base. The upper part of the convex block is provided with a releasing buckle.
