The electric charging controller is directly and electrically connected with an outer power source for charging a charging battery of the electric vehicle for children. A base body for the charging controller is arranged on a vehicle body of the electric vehicle for children. Charging terminals and a switch which are electrically connected with the charging battery are arranged on the base body. A movable controlling cover plate which can shade the charging terminals and the switch is designed on the base body, or the controlling cover plate exposes the charging terminals for electrically connecting the outer power source to carry out the operation of charging.
