A valve seat and a ball body with a through hole are arranged inside the valve body. The control end of the utility model comprises a bushing and a clamping ring arranged at the lower part inside the valve cap. A valve rod is arranged in the middle. A sealing gasket, a clamping ring, and a laminated shim are arranged between the valve rod and the valve cap. The upper pat of the valve cap is provided with a supporting seat. The upper part of the supporting seat is provided with a thread sleeve for the handwheel, which is matched with the handwheel. The upper end of the valve rod is connected with the thread sleeve for the handwheel. The lower end of the valve rod is provided with a slope deflective section, a spiral deflective section, and a straight deflective section. The lower end of the valve rod is inserted inside a neck cavity of the ball body, and the valve rod is matched with a pin column arranged inside the cavity.
