A sealing gasket, a clamping ring, and a laminated shim are arranged between the valve rod and the valve cap. The upper pat of the valve cap is provided with a supporting seat. The upper part of the supporting seat is provided with a thread sleeve for the handwheel, which is matched with the handwheel. The upper end of the valve rod is connected with the thread sleeve for the handwheel.
