The bottom side of the scooter upright rod is provided with a folding structure which is pivotally connected with the scooter body, a running wheel is pivoted on the bottom side of the other end of the scooter body, and the handle rod body and the scooter upright rod belong to a pipe body. The rod body of the scooter upright rod is provided with a sheathing part, one side of the handle rod body is provided with a groove, a tooth part is formed in the groove, and two pressing clip rod bodies are also arranged on the side of the handle rod body. The pressing clip rod bodies are sheathed in the sheathing part of the scooter upright rod, and the tooth part is correspondingly provided with an engaging tooth part, a top-plate and a locking block.
