The utility model comprises an internal brake caliper, an external brake caliper, a braking rail, a steel rail supporting seat, a connecting rod assembly, an external crank, a crank and a matched power mechanism, wherein the power mechanism can be an air cylinder, an oil cylinder or an electric motor, and the lower end of the external crank is connected with the power mechanism. The pneumatic, hydraulic and electric three-purpose speed reducer for vehicles can simultaneously adopt the air cylinder, the oil cylinder or the electric motor as dynamic force, and can be changed to use pneumatic, hydraulic and electric transmission without need of replacing the body of the speed reducer and foundation, which greatly improves the degree of the standardization and the generalization.
