A gas preventing annular valve is arranged in an annular valve cover (4) on the upper part of the pump, and a blowout preventing one-way valve is arranged in a one-way valve body (41) on the lower part of the pump. The pump does not use special ground equipment, and can accomplish pump inspection operation without killing well.
