The utility model is characterized in that the lower side of an impact sliding sleeve is provided with springs, steel wires, end plugs and a lock ball sleeve, the upper side is provided with a limited top-thread seal rod, and the middle is provided with an energy storing spring and a steam-in well top pipe. A locking cap of the seal rod at the lower part is matched with a central draw rod, and a central pipe and a wall clamping pipe are welded together. A steam-out port pipe is connected with the temperature measuring device in a sampling outer pipe, the temperature can be measured by taking a sample point at any underground depth by hammering when the test is conducted, a sample obtains the steam dryness value by analyzing, and the underground steam-dryness and temperature-sampling tester provides the steam parameter for a thick-oil thermal production well.
