The front part of the screw rod is provided with one section of unthreaded rod (11) whose sectional plane is centrosymmetrically S-shaped. Two vertexes of S are cutting edges (12). The cutting edges (12) extend as far as the threaded region of the screw rod from a screw tip (13). The utility model is made from stainless steel or steel whose hardness is more than HRC50. The utility model provides a screw which can tap in harder materials by less physical force.
