The pressing rod is engaged with a press guiding wheel primed by a handle, wherein, the cantilever is provided with a cylinder base used for bearing a containing cylinder containing the potato chip powder dough of water adjustment. A pressing cover previously arranged on the bottom end of the pressing rod is adopted to extrude and press the potato chip powder dough of water adjustment arranged in the containing cylinder to enable the potato chip powder dough to be released from a shaping hole previously arranged on the bottom surface of the containing cylinder.
