The utility model relates to a device for the treatment of high concentration sewage and the recovery of material from the sewage, which is used for circulating, evaporating and concentrating discharged sewage and recovering material in the sewage. The device is provided with at least one pressure nozzle for spraying the sewage toward the sky, and a slope water-flow guide device is arranged under the position where the sewage water drops fall downwards. The fallen sewage which is not evaporated after the sewage is sprayed is guided to a sewage collection tank which is communicated with a sewage collection pool in which the sewage which is collected is sprayed toward the sky again through the nozzle. Sewage water drops which are not evaporated fall downwards and flow into the sewage collection tank and the sewage collection pool through the slope water-flow guide device, till the sewage in the sewage collection pool is concentrated and the material in the sewage can be recovered.
