The utility model is characterized in that the reclaiming device comprises a hook, an endotheca tube and an epitheca tube, wherein, the hook penetrates in the endotheca tube; the endotheca tube penetrates in the exotheca tube; the tail parts of the endotheca tube and the exotheca tube are both provided with an injector joint; the head part of the exotheca tube is provided with a movable warhead-shaped bolt cover. When used, the reclaiming device is put deep into a tube cavity of a human body, and thin metal wires on the supporting rack are grasped by the hook to make the supporting rack shrink into the endotheca tube; then, the supporting rack and the endotheca tube are together pulled in the exotheca tube, and are taken out finally.
