Zusammenfassung:	The utility model relates to a back pressure regulating valve, which is used for a thermodynamic system and is provided with a valve body, a valve cover, a regulating screw, a spring and an elastic membrane. A water inlet and a water outlet are arranged on the valve body; a valve seat which is in screw connection with the valve body is arranged on the valve body; the lower end surface of the valve seat is provided with a seal ring. A central through hole which is arranged on the valve seat is communicated the water inlet. A cavity which is communicated with the water inlet is formed among the elastic membrane, the valve body and the valve seat. A valve core which can match with the valve seat is in screw connection with a spring seat; the lower end of the spring seat is provided with a seal ring. The central part of the elastic membrane is tightly clamped by the spring seat and the valve core. The utility model can keep the back pressure stable, having the advantages of simple structure and practicality.
