The upper side of a rotor of the utility model is designed with vanes which are rotated in a left and right way and are formed into a circular arc shape. When the vanes are rotated, the wind resistance is added, and the wind power braking is generated. The air is forced to flow along an air passage. When a cooling coil is braked, the heat generated by the direct current is led, and simultaneously, the braking heat of the conversion of the current vortex generated by the rotor cuts the magnetic line is carried out. |
