The rail web and the rail bottom of the special section form symmetrical state, the symmetrical centre line of the rail web and the rail bottom deviates outwards from the centre line of the rail head of the standard rail segment, the width of the rail head to the inside of the centre line of the rail web is bigger than the outside, and the rail head forms asymmetrical state.
