Heel pieces are arranged inside the two ends of the case. A coil is provided with a spiral pipe structure. A cylindrical armature is arranged inside the inner cylinder of the coil. A jolting anvil is arranged on the base through the reed mechanism connected with two sides of the jolting anvil. A drag driving device connected with the jolting anvil is connected with the armature through an armature output rod. The control module is arranged outside the rear heel piece. The circuit of the control module comprises a rectification circuit, a power circuit, an impulse-forming circuit and an output circuit. The input end of the power circuit is connected with the output end of the rectification circuit. The output end of the power circuit is connected with the input end of the impulse-forming circuit. The output end of the impulse-forming circuit is connected with the input end of the output circuit.
