The aim of the utility model is to provide a collapsible stretcher which can shorten the length to make the transported patient keep the horizontally lying state in order to conveniently get in and out of the small space, such as the elevator hall. The utility model comprises a load bearing vehicle (1) which is provided with universal castors and a stretcher (9) arranged on the load bearing vehicle. The utility model is characterized in that the stretcher (9) is composed of a main body portion (2) and a collapsible portion (3) which are movably connected.
