The utility model is characterized in that the water valve is arranged in a water tank, a valve body of the water valve is connected with a water outlet pipe, valve rods of the water valve are respectively sheathed in a circular tube and the valve body, springs are arranged among the valve rods and the valve body, one end of each valve rod is fixedly connected with a valve head, and the other end is fixed with a pull wire which is led out of the water tank via the circular tube. The utility model has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation; because the water valve is arranged in the water tank, the utility model can not be frozen in cold days, and particularly is suitable for north cold areas to use.
