Zusammenfassung: | The utility model relates to a single line hanging level sensor, mainly composed of a pulley, a floating ball and a variable resistor. The pulley is hollowly sheathed on a pulley shaft, and the center of the pulley is provided with an inner chamber formed by a pulley inner hole and an end cover. The inner chamber is provided with a torsion spring, one end of the torsion spring is fixed on the pulley body, and the other end of the torsion spring is fixed on the pulley shaft. The pulley shaft is fixed to a support, and one side of the pulley is provided with a shifting frame. The center hole of the shifting frame is sheathed fixedly to the adjusting knob shaft of the variable resistor which is concentric with the centre hole. The winding shaft of the pulley is wound with a hanging line, and one end of the hanging line is hung with the floating ball; liquid level signals are converted to electrical signals in the form of mechanical rotation through the change of the liquid level. The single line hanging level sensor is not influenced by the characteristics of the measured liquid.
