Zusammenfassung: | The utility model discloses a ventilation and grain discharge device for a vertical silo, which comprises a top cap, a cylinder-shaped shell body connected with the top cap and a grain receiving cylinder connected with the lower end of the shell body, wherein the wall of the shell body is respectively provided with an upper grain discharge port, a lower grain discharge port and a ventilation hole, and the inner lower part of the shell body is provided with a worm wheel and rod transmission lifting device. The processes of opening and closing of an upper grain discharge valve of the upper grain discharge port and a lower grain discharge valve of the lower grain discharge port are driven by the lifting device to upward and downward move. Integral flow is changed into stratified flow in the process of discharging grains, the ring direction friction force of the lower part of a cylinder wall can be reduced, and the arching phenomenon of grain layers can be efficiently destroyed. The collapse accident of a silo bottom is avoided, and no deterioration and insect in the grains of the silo can be ensured. |
