The material discharge port of a material hopper is arranged on the opening of a guide pipe. A threaded rod passes through the guide pipe, which enables a material feeding channel to be formed by the material hopper, the guide pipe and the threaded rod. The utility model has the different proposal that a vibrator is connected with the material hopper through a connecting frame. One end of the connecting frame is connected with the material hopper and the other end is fixed to a vibrating plate. The vibrating force is transferred to the material hopper whose rigidity is poor by the vibrator through the rigid connecting frame, which enables the material hopper to generate three-dimensional synthesis vibration. Thus the material has a larger flow rate corresponding to the material hopper. The thickness of a boundary layer is thinned and thus the material can not be agglomerated, and the material loading is even and fluent. |
